Each week, Peggy and Charles Eastep invite the community to their farm on Ducktown Road
in Limestone Tennessee for some great music. Your web hostess had the honor of
attending one of the weekly shows on November 1st, which was incidently a day when the
couple was serving Barbeque from a pig they had smoked for a full day in advance of the
show at their property.  The farm has a great atmosphere, and attracts many local artists at
each show, and everyone is welcome! The couple hosts the shows on alternating Thursdays
and Saturday's, but there is always a show, once a week.

I had a chance to speak with Peggy during a kitchen break (she serves food to the masses
that come to the shows at a snack bar in the garage building where the shows are held, see
her below on the lower left. That will be her on the right in the gray tshirt.)  She told me her
husband Charles had wanted to have the shows for a long, long time, and finally, she said
"well let's do it then!".  The shows started in March of 2008, and have gone strong, weekly,
since.  The shows are currently held in a garage building on the property, and the couple has
plans to build on to accommodate the growing crowds that have been attending.

If you have opportunity to go to one of the weekly shows, definately go! If you're interested in
playing at one of the jam-style sessions, contact either Peggy or Charles at 423-341-4593.

The farm address is 408 Ducktown Road, Limestone TN.

Many thanks and congrats to Peggy and Charles for providing a great place to take the family
to hear some truly great music, and for their support of the Bluegrass music tradition.
